・The iconic Bialetti silhouette, reminiscent of an octagon, was inspired by the proportions of the company's founder, Alfonso Bialetti's wife. The small head, firm shoulders, and toned waist, the handles are hands and arms resting on the hips, and the boiler line is a pleated skirt.
・Omino (Uncle Bearded)
・Bialetti's familiar bearded man, originally an animated commercial version, became famous thanks to the TV show “Carosello,” and was also featured in the “Sembra Sembla,” which was broadcast in the United States in 1974.
・The slogan “Sembra facile” made him even more famous, and he still symbolizes Bialetti products with his raised finger - ordering an espresso.

・How to use・
1. fill the boiler with water
Fill the boiler with room temperature water up to the bottom of the boiler's safety valve.
2. add coffee powder
Put the coffee powder into the filter.
Be gentle and do not press down on the coffee.
3. heat the coffee
Place the mocha on a heat source.
Turn the heat down to low and take your time. When you hear a rumbling sound, it is almost ready.
