[staub]
Staub was founded in Alsace, France's leading gastronomic city. Our kitchenware, manufactured by combining traditional craftsmanship with the latest technology, has many fans, from famous restaurant owners to ordinary households.
Among these, Staub's most representative product is a cast iron pot that can be used for waterless cooking. Currently, it is exported to about 50 countries around the world, including Europe, Japan, and the United States, and is widely used.
[Blazer Saute Pan]
This sauté pan locks in the flavor without letting the moisture from the ingredients escape, allowing you to cook even more deliciously.
The protrusion "Sistera" on the back of the dome-shaped lid returns the moisture released by heating to the food, bringing out its original flavor.
The inside is treated with enamel so it won't stick, and has good heat conduction and heat retention. You can serve it as is on the table and it will instantly look gorgeous and stylish.
This one dish can be used for a variety of dishes such as sukiyaki, stewed dishes, paella, and anhydrous dishes, and is also useful when you have guests over. Recommended as a gift for wedding celebrations, etc.
For this majolica color, a white base is applied to the outside of the pot, and then each color is painted. It features a unique gloss and deep color that is created by applying one more step than regular color.
<Specifications>
●Open flame, IH (100v, 200v), halogen heater, sheathed heater, oven, dishwasher compatible
*Cannot be used in the microwave.
*Staub products are handmade, so there may be uneven coloring, air bubbles, or small protrusions.
There are also marks on the back of the lid that look like the paint has peeled off, but this is caused during the manufacturing process and is not a defect, so please use with confidence.
<Cleaning method>
Before using it for the first time, please perform the following maintenance.
1. First, wash with hot water.
2. Then dry it on low heat and apply a small amount of vegetable oil on the inside of the pot.
3. Heat again on low heat for a few minutes, then wipe off excess oil with a cloth or kitchen paper.
The oil soaks into the pores of the enamel, making the surface naturally smooth.
Also, if you take care of this from time to time, you can use it for a longer time.
<About handling>
