Heading for the East: 25th Anniversary

Commemorate the 25th anniversary of Gamma Rei. The first day of Gamma Ray in 1990 has become a CD set of 2 CDs "Heading for the East." Gamma Rey, who became a big hit in Japan, "Heading for Tomorrow" (1990), has performed its performances as early as November of the same year. This time was released by VHS "Heading for the East" (DVD also released in 1991/2003), but this product has been remastered the live sound source. The hot performance that has become a legend now comes back to life!

Kai Hansen (Guitar/Vocal), who escaped Halloween, begins recording with former Tylan Pays, Ralph Shepers (vocal), Uve Vessel (base), and Matias Bruchalt (drums), leading the band Gamma Ray and debut in the album "Heading for Tomorrow" (1990). After the album release, Matias has escaped, the former Holly Moses Uri Cash (Drums) and the 2nd guitarist Dark Schlehter (Guitar). In November of the same year, the first day performances will be achieved.

After that, after a member change, Kai became to work with lead vocals from the 4th album "Land of the Free" (1994), Gamma Ray was used as a guitar from the 5th album Samhoair Out in Space (1997), the Dark Schlechter who was working for guitars. New Richter Add (g) and former Freedom Cole Daniel Zemerman (ds), and the member fixed it to the 7th "No World Order! (2001) and the 10th "To the Metal" (2010) power works. In 2012, the Empire of the Undead (2014), the 11th album was released in the former Michael Aele (ds) in 2012, but this time commemorating the 25th anniversary of the establishment, the past catalog has been released as an anniversary edition.

This "Heading for the East is a 2-disc CD that features the first first day performances in November 1990. This is the sound source of "Heading for the East " released on the VHS, but the interview of members that were in the video version is cut and only the band plays. Live after the release of debut "Heading for Tomorrow" is the center of the song from this album but other single release "Who Do You Think You Aer? and Halloween "Save Aus", "I Wont Out, and Ride the Sky".
