I put 2 stars because the product arrived without packaging and nothing proves to me that it has not been opened so I would not use it. Fortunately the customer service refunded my points and thanks to them I was able to recommend it to another seller because this mascara is top from top. Only downside It deposits bcp of material so bcp of make-up remover used and so empties faster but the effect false eyelashes and there 👌
Products ok, happy with my order. I removed 2 stars because 2 products were intended to offer. There was no packaging (packaging removed to make the package lighter but the shipping price is included and I took 3 cosmetics, it doesn't weigh much...), I'm going to keep them for myself. ..
I am very pleased with the mascara, it does not smudge at all and you don't need any special removers, just remove it with your finger, it is very durable and of good quality.
The parcel to Moldova arrived in 3 weeks, I like the mascara, the brush is silicone as I wanted, I recommend the product. Thank you Joom.
