Ordered for mom She swears by it and I really searched for a very long time and found nothing for a long time. However, these patches are said to be helpful, soothing and well tolerated. She has knee pain, rheumatic complaints and often water in the joints. It is familiar and therefore hardly changeable. It doesn't hurt to try these if you have painful companions and don't really know what else to try. I usually order two different versions. I don't know whether it's ultimately the same thing and the manufacturer/supplier just chose a different design.
So I didn't feel any warmth, I couldn't notice any improvement in the pain either. I have used the whole pack, so several of them have had no effect on all of them. Therefore, I only give stars because the goods arrived here
They have a good effect and they come a lot but the patch comes off when you move... And I've put it on to go to bed, not to walk around for a while, even if nothing like that, it's rather small in size
