The product is fake. Its quality is terribly low. The plastic part of the case was divided from the cover in the first attempt to place the phone in. In the original case I was intending to replace, it is impossible to divide the plastic part from the cover, although it is worn off after almost 3 years of use. The difference in quality is enormous! Relevant photos are attached. I need immidate product return and money refund
This is not a genuine Samsung product. It's labelled to pretend to be one but it's a cheap fake copy. The quality is nothing like the original one I had which lasted 4 years. I feel misled and ripped off.
I was sent a different product, for a different phone model than the one I ordered. I ordered the active case for the S21 and it came for the S21 plus. The return is a joke.
The product seems good, I haven't opened it, I would like to return it but the site doesn't allow it
