The product is ok, as expected and my cat loves it, however the way it was packed is really bad. It was wrapped just in a plastic bag and that was all. As a consequence, the hard plastic walls of the product are all scratched. It is a miracle that they did not break during shipment. I recommend buying from this seller only if you get assurance that the product will be better packed and that it is checked for scratches before shipment. Otherwise you risk to wait for one month and get a broken product that you cannot use.

I and my kitty like it very much. Easy to set up, the backpack is sturdy and holds the cat very well. You can attach the cat inside, on a hook, as a backup 😊 totally great.

Barely unpacked, I see that the two plastic parts are cracked and scratched. They are also dirty. In addition, the assembly is really difficult.

It looks really good, the foil is still on the side, so it's not quite clear what it looks like yet. It seems to be really solid.
