This product is so bad.. very very tight pens ..I had to struggle to open them , no question arise that my daughter will do it..sketchpens are dry. Can’t color properly.. I can’t imagine this could be so bad quality. I bought it to gift someone, thankgod before I gift I tried.. I’m so disappointed.. can I ask for refund pls?

Un peu déçu car les mines semblent être du crayon gras donc texture bof et certaines couleurs (bleue par exemple) n'écrivent pas du tout de cette couleur. Mais bon après pour une enfant de 5ans ça lui a fait plaisir quand même. 😉
