The package arrived intact and the phone is fine As for the phone, I can only say it is just cheap The software and the hardware cannot communicate with each other, which means it is full of errors and what is very, very bad about Joom that I have been complaining for 14 days now and only get really stupid answers and no return slip so that I could send this so-called cell phone back. In the picture you can see that I had a phone call and wanted to end it but I can't because I have to delete 15 to 20 advertisements first so that I can get into the context menu and turn the phone off or end the call and it sets itself loud and quiet as it wants, it just does what it wants, how it wants and when it wants, so a Chinese phone that is no good, keep your hands off it.
