In the end, I didn't understand whose effect it was. But I felt an improvement in the sinusoid for the better. The effect is like after a cure with electrical therapy. The plus is that you can do it at home. I recommend it.

The instructions are missing, many negative comments refer to battery power, the error is that the battery to be used is the 9 volt one and must be inserted correctly

The parts for the nose are very far apart and don't fit properly for me. Despite a new battery and several attempts to insert it, it didn't work
