★Nowadays, a wide variety of products are made from the petroleum-based resin "plastic," but Onishi Seisakusho uses an old-fashioned machine called a "potter's wheel" to carve each piece of timber from a fiber-based resin called acetyloid (acetate), polishing it and carefully finishing it.
★This is an antique-style knock-type mechanical pencil, with as many parts as possible made from acetate. The knock part is the same color as the main body, and the sound of the spring rubbing when you knock it to advance the lead is truly nostalgic. In recent years, there are almost no craftsmen who can handcraft writing instruments, so this will be a very valuable and rare piece.
★There are two types each of thin and thick shafts, but there is a difference in the barrel ring part.
