My first visual impression. Build quality, looks very good. The set is almost complete, almost because there is no instruction manual, even in English or another European language. The QR code also relates to the chat. The volume is not lower than commonly available trimmers on the market. It's hard for me to tell if this is a Xiaomi product. Very small and handy. I haven't used it yet.

Very good quality, small, silent, I've cut and shaved with it, it doesn't irritate the skin, it doesn't catch the hair. I think the battery lasts long enough, I didn't charge the device when I got it, but I had a haircut once and shaved twice. I am very pleased with her.

The product is as described and has good performance, shame about the instructions which are neither in English, nor in Italian, nor in French.
