The product is not the one I requested, I wanted a 5050 RGB Multicolor / warm white strip and I only see a warm white 5050 strip, I can't explain how this confusion arose. What was the logic... to make the same order for the 5050 white/warm strip in 2 different accounts as it appears on the Invoice...!? When I placed the Order, I paid attention to these shades and to the fact that the prices were different... for the 2 types of Bands 5050... ordered by me. I need such a strip 5050 RGB Mulicolor/warm white and I can't solve my problem. Conclusions...
Unfortunately I can't light my garland because the charger is not supplied with it and suddenly it doesn't light up I can't use it great 👍🏼

Its says on the packaging that the lights are white i ordered multicoloured can you correct me if I am wrong please Thanks
