*Boswellia Serrata is a gum resin extracted from a tree. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for centuries to support joint health. The active ingredient in Boswellia is Boswellic Acid, our Boswellia Extract is standardized to 65% Boswellic Acid providing 650 mg Boswellic Acid per serving.
