This product is effective, I have already used it a few months ago. I do it every 15 to 20 days. Once the strips are in place on the teeth, they must be left for a maximum of 30 minutes. These things are weird. I've used 3 so far each night like the instructions say but they barely do anything. I'll keep using them and see how it goes.
