The handle is not a plate, but a tube wrapped around an iron plate, making it easy to hold and less likely to hurt your hands.

The handle, which is seamlessly integrated with the cooking surface, is rounded into an oval shape, making it easy to grip and clean. Since there is no anti-rust varnish applied, there is no need to air-bake it. When sold, edible camellia oil is applied to prevent rust. After washing it off, please use it with oil.
