I think the price of 13€ is a bit high, I would say 8-10 €uro would be more appropriate, but I still recommend it.

Our shower hose, which is a standard size in Europe, is larger than the hole, so it is not possible to clip the clasp perfectly, so I do not know how to use it.

It doesn't fit the size of the shower rod, and when you put it down like it's loose the bracket tilts and you can't put anything on it.
