Tried, it works. The magnet seems strong, the connector in the cell phone socket is not very stable, but overall it is fine. N.B. cable for power supply only, data transfer is not possible.

Another cable of this type, I recommend it especially for elderly people who may have a problem with placing the charger plug. The cable, illuminated with a magnetic tip, works great.
