I am not satisfied because the square stop is not there. So the closure does not work: it breaks apart at each opening/closing. How to fix this ? I put you a photo of the model presented on the site with the missing part circled in red on the attached file. I would like either a replacement or a refund with return of the product.

Good workmanship, just needs to be sewn in. Great for the price
