The hook on the handbag strap is broken. Very disappointed. It is not normal for us to receive damaged products. I'm really not satisfied.

It's a lovely bag, suitable for weekend trip, or for school as big enough for folders. Plenty pockets, but a bit big for normal everyday use. Still love it!!

Very nice bag, does not correspond to the size of the photos, it is a lot smaller. Was my mistake, I didn't look at the dimensions in the description.
