This product is very stretchy, it’s good to use for calves or arms (butterfly kicks or resistance for steps, also if you loop around your arms and stretch etc) but when I use it on my thighs it curls up into a tight rubber ring instead of staying flat, I would recommend this product however slightly disappointed I can’t use it for squats as this was the intended purpose. It’s easy to find new routines though!
