Product Description: A moisturizing toner that prepares the skin and gives it a moist and glowing skin texture. Containing rice extract, rice bran oil, and ceramides, this moisturizing toner provides intense moisture and a healthy glow to your skin.
Product usage: Use after washing your face. Soak a cotton pad in toner and gently wipe the entire face.
