Directions for use: For best results, take from the first sign of cold symptoms until symptoms have completely subsided. Adults and Adolescents 12 years and older: Open tube (see picture on side of pack). Open tube between thumb and index finger. Hold it in the blue band. With your other hand, hold the base of the handle, snap the tube and take out the swab. Apply the medication to the first nostril only. Rotate the swab 3 times in your nostrils, using scrubbing motions. Gently press on the outside of the first nostril while buzzing to mix the medication well. Dip the swab back into the tube and mix well to re-saturate it with the medication. Apply gentle pressure to the outside of the nostrils and open the nostrils 3 more times. Dip the swab back into the tube and mix. Repeat the same sequence for the second nostril. Do not place the swab more than 1/4 inch beyond the opening of your nasal passages. Discard the cotton swab after use. Wait at least 30 seconds before blowing your nose. Use 1 swab every 3 hours, do not exceed 5 in 24 hours. Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
