Product Directions: As a supplement for adults only, take one serving (3 capsules) 4 times daily immediately after meals and before bedtime. Do not take more than 4 servings (12 capsules) at one time. For the first week, start with 1 capsule after a meal, increase to 2 capsules after a meal for the second week, and 3 capsules after a meal from the third week onwards. From the fourth week onwards, take 3 capsules each before bedtime.
