The item arrived broken here is the photo, major manufacturing defect as you can see in the photo the adjustment button to set the time on the watch does not have a hole to readjust it so I would like to return the item to you and get a refund. This watch was a little "plasticky but having said that, I am very pleased with the watch, especially for the price. Watch is definitely not flimsy, it is a nice item.
Not good watches for my granddaughters not wired, no French instructions for recharging we do not know these watches are to be thrown away. I am not happy
