Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, also known as Lapsang Souchong, is the originator of black tea produced in China. The tea is smoked over pine wood and has a very strong pine smoke aroma. The tea leaves are black in colour, with tight strips, but the tea water is dark red and fragrance open with longan.

The method of brewing the lapsang souchong
Usage 1. Traditional Chinese Tea Making Method
Recommend using white porcelain covered bowl or porcelain teapot
1)Take 5g tea in 150ml 90℃ water, the ratio of tea to water is 1:30
2)We suggest 5 sec for the first time,for each additional bubble, extend it by 5-10 seconds appropriately
3)Number of brewing times: usually more than 5-6 times, the third and fourth times of brewing tea soup have the best taste
Usage 2.New Style Bubble-tea
1)Take 5g tea in 125ml boiling water, the ratio of tea to water is 1:25,cover and soak for 10 minutes.
2)After the time is up, filter the brewed tea soup into 125ml organic milk,add some syrup and bubble or ice cubes.
Usage 3.Cold Water Soaking
Prepare a 500ml bottle of mineral water, add 5g of tea, and refrigerate for 4-8 hours in the refrigerator, filter the brewed tea soup.
